My rapport with animals seems to extend into the wildlife as well.  I am an active hiker and biker so it is not uncommon for me to run into deer, bear,  and coyote to name a few.  Luckily for me they don't seem to run and when I have my camera I try to get as close as possible without disturbing them, as well as endangering myself.  Unfortunately I don't get to always take pictures but the experiences are wonderful.

 We even have several animals come on the property as you can see in some of these pictures. The deer let me come up real close and allow me to pick apples off the tree to roll them to them.  We also have a clan of wild turkey that love to pass through. 

The Grey Wolf picture was taken a few years ago at a local zoo.  There was a hole in the fence and I ran up to it to take a fast picture.  She looked up just as I got the shot!!
