Why Use a Pet Sitter???

Having a Pet Sitter come to your house gives you the security of knowing your pets are healthy and happy in their own environment by allowing them to sleep, eat and play in familiar surroundings. We strive to spend individual time and attention with each pet as well as maintain your pets daily routine (medications - including diabetic treatment, special feeding instructions, personalized exercise). 

We perform basic house sitting services such as mail and newspaper pick-up, watering of plants, rotating inner and outer lights, as well as open and close shades.  This is ideal if you want that "at home" look while away on vacation, working late/odd hours, or on business trips.

As all pet sitters should be, I am insured and bonded with The Business Insurers of the Carolinas for your peace of mind.  I can provide you with references and credentials at our initial consultation visit.

For your protection I do not put signage on my vehicles. I feel that by doing so allows people to know that a pet sitter is caring for your house and could possibly invite danger.

Health reasons:

While using a kennel maybe good for some animals, using a pet sitter helps reduce stress associated with transporting them out of their environment and into a kennel. Kennels can be stressful for a number of reasons such as but not limiting to; confinement in a small area, unfamiliar noises, disruption of daily routine, and the transmission of diseases such as Parainfluenza-Bordatella (Kennel Cough), Feline Leukemia (FeLV), Canine Parvovirus (CPV), and as well as ear mites, all which are community diseases and highly contagious. Pet sitters are also ideal if you have multiple pets.
